Roof Shapes

Pent Roof

The pent roof is a functional roof shape. In many cases, pitched roofs were used for outbuildings, simple buildings, production or storage facilities. In recent years, the sloping roofs have also prevailed in the living area – especially because they are well suited for the installation of photovoltaic systems. And in our Tiny Houses of course too.

The roofing traditionally takes place with ventilated aluminum trapezoidal sheets, different colors make each Tiny House to your very special dream home.

Pitched Roof

The pitched roof is the most common roof shape. It is a timeless construction that has proven itself as a rafter or purlin roof, both architecturally and constructively. The numerous variants include saddle roofs with the same or different roof pitches or eaves heights. The most commonly used roof form of our Tiny Houses, also with different types of dormers.

The roofing traditionally takes place with ventilated aluminum trapezoidal sheets, different colors make each Tiny House to your very special dream home.

Flat Roof

The flat roof is a special roof shape that will play a major role in our next models. Let yourself be surprised.

Of course, your new Tiny House will receive all the necessary electrical installations. It will be installed sockets and corresponding light switch. A land connection to take over 230 V electricity at the parking space and a central protection. Solar systems and battery storage are also feasible and can be installed directly with.

Of course, we also provide the supply of fresh/wastewater in your new Tiny House.

Fresh water you get via a fresh water tank including external connection for filling.

Sewage is led directly from the Tiny House into a mobile roll tank, which can then be emptied conveniently.

Many pitches also have a corresponding wastewater connection.

By using dry toilets (compost & humus) it remains more flexible when needed.

Sanitary Installations

Our plumbing installations include everything that belongs in a decent bathroom. Although we are in a small house, for many, the bathroom is the most important place in the house.

That’s why exactly in the bathroom a precise planning is required, perfectly tailored to your needs.

For the sanitary installations we work together with a local sanitary expert. They will install our gas condensing boilers and associated piping systems.

We advise you comprehensively.
